BlogBurst ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use blogburst.ai, our managed search and AI-visibility services, and the supporting software (collectively, the "Service").
By using BlogBurst, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, or Twitter/X), we receive your basic profile information from that provider.
When you use our Service, we process the blog URLs or text content you submit for repurposing. Generated social media content is stored in your account history so you can access it later.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how users engage with our Service.
A customer may choose to install our first-party measurement script on a website it controls. The script records a public site key, an allowed event type, page and referrer URLs without query strings, allowlisted campaign tags, a generated session identifier, browser user-agent information, and a server timestamp. It detects page views and interaction signals such as inquiry-form submissions or phone, email, and supported chat-link clicks; it does not read or send form values or the destination contact details.
Contact-like values in URL paths or campaign fields are dropped or redacted. IP addresses are processed transiently for rate limiting and abuse controls but are not stored in the customer-site event record. The script does not run when the browser exposes Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track as enabled. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether to install the script and for providing any notice or consent mechanism required for their website. An interaction event is an operational signal, not proof of a qualified lead, sale, or revenue.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and Alipay). We do not store your full credit card numbers or payment credentials. For purchases, we receive the checkout email, submitted website URL, and transaction confirmation details needed to fulfill the purchase or manage a subscription.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
